Jerry Earls is a highly respected watercolorist who resides in the seaside community of Aptos, California.  He is a graduate of UC Berkeley and the University of Leeds, England. 

In addition to academic based art programs, he has studied extensively with master painters from both the United States and Europe.

He has produced and sold paintings in Europe, Mexico, Hawaii, and the continental United States.
